Dentist - Regional QLD

Our client is seeking an experienced Dentist to support their Regional QLD Health clinic. The start date is in April for 6-weeks or longer if preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to travel regionally while supporting local communities with their oral health care needs.

The clinic is based in the South West region of QLD, a 1hr flight from Brisbane, giving you the chance to experience life in a welcoming and relaxed regional QLD town.

You will need to be comfortable working independently and managing a variety of general and emergency dental procedures. Previous Queensland Health experience is preferred, particularly familiarity with ISOH systems.

THE ROLE

• Locum Dentist role with a Queensland Health clinic

• 6-week contract with the potential to extend

• Monday to Friday schedule – 8:00am to 4:30pm

• $108–$123 per hour plus super dependant on experience

• Provide general and emergency dentistry, including restorative work, extractions, crowns and molar endodontics

• Work within a 4-chair public dental clinic

• Accommodation and return travel provided

• Opportunity to support a regional Queensland community

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years Australian or New Zealand experience
• AHPRA registration
